Taken from the BR Trip diagrams booklet, these are the freight trip workings servicing Wrexham and Shrewsbury. For ease of reading, some of the trips have been split up - in particular where Saturday workings are different to the rest of the week.
This is the last time workings to Brymbo will appear, now down to 1 or 2 workings SX, compared with 7 SX and 6 SO in 1976. In October 1982 even these ended and the branch closed, and within the year Croes Newydd yard was no longer in use.
